Everybody is human. Mistakes happen. But, we can help fix it. We were called to quote removal of white subway tile shower with black grout. Done by a design/install team in Amherst, New Hampshire. The grout color choice only highlighted the inconsistent lines of tile spacing by previous installer. Which, for setting all the tile pieces in just one day. Wasn't all that bad, to be honest. Maybe a Dutchman liner trim at the lunch break stopping point. And work full piece from the ceiling down the next day . However, with the high contrast, instantly antiquing the look of grout, with the black on white color choice. Which They may have been able to salvage the shower with a grout removal. And maybe pop out and re-set a few of the tiles with lippage edges sticking out. But, the homeowner wanted it all removed and redone before Christmas. So, she got what she asked for.
