Third offset tile floor install in Manchester, New Hampshire

Installed 12x24 tile in Manchester, New Hampshire in a third offset layout over Ditra underlayment.

A little challenge was maintaining same height in new tile floor with adjacent floors.

And doorway threshold had to be custom cut and set at an angle, to sort of "ramp" up to higher set bathroom tile floor.

We used a lippage clip system setting floor tile to maintain uniform grout widths and ensure a flat floor with no toe stubbers.

We used Mapei Ultracolor Plus FA grout to finish the tile floor in a color complimentary to the base tone of the tile body.

Outdated fiberglass shower removed. And waterproof wallboard prep construction for new tile shower. Half inch waterproof foam board wall panels installed over existing wall studs. Sealant applied in seams, corners, tub line, and ceiling perimeter. Tile cut outside, and installed to accommodate plumbing fixtures. Everybody is human. Mistakes happen. But, we can help fix it. We were called to quote removal of white subway tile shower with black grout. Done by a design/install team in Amherst, New Hampshire. The grout color choice only highlighted the inconsistent lines of tile spacing by previous installer. Which, for setting all the tile pieces in just one day. Wasn't all that bad, to be honest.
